International coalition targets ISIS sites in Mosul

Coalition airstrikes on Thursday (June 15th) targeted two "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) sites in western Mosul, Iraq's Joint Operations Command said.

"International coalition fighter jets have targeted a government building used by ISIS as a headquarters, and a deserted factory used as a workshop for rigging vehicles with explosives," command spokesman Brig. Gen. Yahya Rasul told Diyaruna.

"At least 20 terrorists have been killed, and three vehicles packed with explosives and large quantities of weapons and explosives have been destroyed," he said.
