An "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) site was destroyed in al-Kilo 160 area in Anbar's desert and six suspected ISIS elements were arrested in two separate army operations, the Anbar Operations Command said Thursday (July 12th).
A small structure that served as an ISIS hideout and a one-kilometre underground tunnel were destroyed in al-Kilo 160, commander Maj. Gen. Mahmoud al-Falahi told Diyaruna.
Meanwhile, "six suspected ISIS elements who were riding in a truck were arrested in the desert and are now undergoing interrogation", he said.
