International coalition aircraft killed six "Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant" (ISIL) elements in a Thursday (September 8th) airstrike targeting their bomb-making plant west of Mosul, Ninawa Operations Command said.
"Coalition fighter jets this morning launched an airstrike targeting an ISIL bomb-making workshop in al-Sahaji area, killing six ISIL elements and destroying the plant in full," Ninawa Operations Commander Nejim Eddin Karim al-Jubury told Diyaruna.
"The plant was used to prepare ISIL minefields around Mosul," he said.
