The man in charge of the "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) group's Al-Naba publication was arrested in a security operation in southern Mosul, the Iraqi Interior Ministry said Sunday (March 25th).
"Iraqi forces arrested Abu Saif al-Iraqi, a senior ISIS element who was behind a number of terrorist operations and who has recently assumed tasks" within ISIS's weekly Al-Naba magazine, ministry spokesman Brig. Gen. Saad Maan told Diyaruna.
"The terrorist was using a fake ID in his movements, but intelligence led to his arrest at a deserted house in southern Mosul," he said.
