"A [military] force with the al-Jazeera Operations Command carried out a security operation in al-Zawya village, and found three rocket launch mounts, three guided rockets, and one 120mm mortar belonging to ISIS," command spokesman Brig. Gen. Yahya Rasul said in a statement.

"Another force arrested two terror suspects in al-Qaim," he added.

Fifteen improvised explosive devices (IEDs) of various types left behind by ISIS also were defused in the same operation, he said.
