The Iraqi artillery on Sunday (November 25th) targeted "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) hideouts on the Iraqi-Syrian border, the Iraqi Ministry of Defence said.
As part of the "Last Warning Operations", the Iraqi artillery, in co-operation with French and American forces from the international coalition, targeted ISIS hideouts in al-Sahm Camp on the Iraqi-Syrian border, the ministry said in a statement.
"The strikes are aimed at preventing ISIS elements from infiltrating across the border which Iraqi forces are now fully securing," it said.
