25 ISIS elements killed near Syria border

Iraqi army warplanes targeted two "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) camps on the Syria border Saturday (October 21st), killing 25 of the group's elements, the Iraqi Ministry of Defence said.

"During continuous searches of the Syria border area, the army’s air force component found two ISIS camps," the ministry said in a statement.

"The army’s warplanes destroyed the two camps in full, killed at least 25 ISIS terrorists and destroyed 13 vehicles, including a truck loaded with ammunition," the statement said.
