A full 348 Iraqi fighters graduated Thursday (March 2nd) from a Counter-Terrorism Agency course in a ceremony held at the Counter-Terrorism Academy in Baghdad.
Participants who completed the course, dubbed "Tidings of Victory", received training from Iraqi instructors and international coalition advisers.
“Those fighters have been deployed with the agency’s units, and will take part in the Mosul liberation operation,” agency chief Lt. Gen. Taleb Shaghati said.
Shaghati called on the graduates to carry out their work in co-operation with Mosul residents and to try to spare infrastructure when they engage in battle.
