Coalition airstrikes destroy 2 ISIL buildings in Mosul

Coalition aircraft destroyed two "Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant" (ISIL) sites in central Mosul, Ninawa Operations Command said Thursday (July 21st).

“International coalition fighter jets hit two deserted factories used by ISIL as a workshop for rigging vehicles with explosives and making explosives and for providing shelter to its group members,” operations commander Nejim Edin Karim al-Jubury told Diyaruna.

The two airstrikes were co-ordinated with Iraqi forces, he said, and “at least 30 terrorists were killed and wounded" in the operation.
